Naps improve concentration and information retention, and thus be a key to better grades. Plus, they can help in other ways, such as tempering mood swings, boosting the immune system and promotes healthy energy consolidation. They are treated to 2 hours of sleep per day.
Each student rests atop personalized labeled sleeping maps and cots.
Naps allow for memory consolidation—a process in which sleep reorganizes the storage of memories, and makes it easier to retrieve information.
